This unique home in Orange Ca. was built above the old
Orange reservoir with a view of the ocean & Catalina on a
clear day. Mr. Wagoner carried 50 bricks up the hill ever
night after work to build his house. Everything was done by
hand, including mortar mixing, & digging the
basement/carriage house. The current homeowner Mr. Husse
waited 2 years to find the right contractor to complete this
